ENERGY IS AN UNUSUAL TOPIC

The concept of body energy is alien to many of us, intangible, and not really fully understood by science. Yet it is part of who we are, and it affects our children, our dogs and ourselves, every second of every day, whether we like it or not. The strangest thing of all is that we can easily live our lives completely unaware of it. I think it is enough to simply say that your energy is a constant force, like gravity, a feeling that effects your emotions and others around you. Everything in the world around us is made of energy.

Your children and your dogs feel your energy. In fact, they are probably far more aware of the energy we are giving off than we are. Both children and dogs are totally connected to sensing energy: they are unable to explain it, they may even be unaware of it, but they feel it. Strangely it seems that as we grow up we become numb to sensing this energy. The good news is that you can reverse this process, starting with becoming aware of it. In the simplest terms, positive or constructive energy supports life, while negative or destructive energy does not.
